1.probably you could like put a headband in the center of the head and like put some hair behind the ears reveal the ears and/or turn it into a ponytail with the headband on it
2. you could just put a headband on it surrounding your hold head like a hippies look?
3. you could make it two ponytails and french braid it and tie it in the end
4. you could braid onto one side ( left or right) and leave it :]

Tough Qestion but I'll try to help.

It all depends on what style you like. But I will try to do some ideas for types of styles of hair.

Braids:
There are tons of types of braids, but I think the most efficent and comfertable is a lower braid. A lot of people make their braids very tight, which is not very attractive or comertable. Try making your braid as loose as possabile with a few hairs handing out at the front of your head.

Pony Tails:
Pretty much same idea as the braids, a nice relaxed pony is the way to go. What I usally do is a high pony tail, but its not too messy. For my side bangs, I brush my hair back so there is no part then I bring out my bangs making sure the part is horizonal, and not straight down my head.

Curly Hair (not frizzy):
There are tons of ways to do this. Lots of people will say use moose. The problem with curling your hair with moose is
1. thats not the purpose of moose, so it will not work proberly
2. it will stay in for about half an hour

This is the way I do it,
Pin your hair up so your layer are seperated, layer by layer take your iron and lightly curl your hair, when your are done each layer brush it through once or twice then spray it. when done, brush your hair through again and re-part your hair

For the bumpits:
There is no way that will do the complete same thing as the bumpits. But you could try to push your hair up with pins and such, then use a lot of hairspray.

My friend has short hair and i've seen her curl them with a hair straightener. It's really simple. That's only if you like to curl them. The difference between a curling iron & the straightener is obvious. When you use curling tongs, it meant rolling your hair upwards or downwards and it's quite complicated when you have short hair. Whereas straighteners 'clip' your hair like a sandwich. God i'm sorry if that makes you confused. If you don't get with what i'm saying, you can watch this video tutorial. =D

Another important tip:
You NEED to have at least one hair protection spray..especially from heat damage. Try grabbing as much heat protection spray for your hair. It might not show any sign of dry unhealthy hair for now, but sooner or later the effects will surface slowly. I recommend this for people who use heat appliances on their hair frequently. =)

Check out http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlpix to get some style ideas, then visit http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlsalons to find a curl stylist expert in your area. It's important to see someone who really knows how to work with curly hair. Most stylists don't get any training with curly hair in beauty school.

Here are some frizz tips for you!

* A good haircut is key (find an expert here: http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlsalons...
* Sleep on a satin pillowcase
* Don't shampoo every day
* Comb conditioner through hair in the shower
* Avoid terrycloth towels; use microfiber instead
* Air dry or use a diffuser
* Use styling products suited for your hair type (http://www.naturallycurly.com/hair-types...
* NEVER use a brush
* Don't touch your hair
* A pomade is great for mid-day touchups
* Apply styling products to dripping wet hair

I have naturally curly hair myself and only straighten it once in a while. Like maybe for special occasions or just because I feel like I need a different look. Blow dryers and curling irons are so hard on your hair. Besides I like low maintenance styling. After I shower I just dab on a little mousse, scrunch, tousle and VOILA! I'm good to go!

Hair that is really thin is difficult to wear long, particularly if it is so thin that even a braid looks small. If you want to keep it long, you should probably wear it up almost all of the time, make sure you never brush it wet, and save wearing it down for special occasions. Layers may just make it look thinner; you'll have even less hair. But you really should consider a shorter cut for a more mature and sophisticated look that is easier to maintain with your hair type.

Consider a blunt cut just above your shoulders. It's not truly short, but by getting the hair off of your shoulders it will swing and move and give the illusion of being both longer and thicker.
